  1. This is a great series of questions, Tom!

    I would say that I have been trimming the number of hours I spend working every day. I used to work 14 hours daily, 7 days a week. Now, it is more like a regular 8-hour day, with a lot of rest, especially on Sundays. I find that I am way more productive!

  3. Tom, thanks for a list of great questions to ask to help us evaluate if we’re taking the right actions to build our business. Thankfully, I can say yes to all of them, though some more than others. For example, though I’m taking risks, I can’t say that I’m taking them every day. But at least I am taking them. ;)
